Special Information for Speakers

Time Allowed for Oral Presentation

Time allowed for oral presentation must be respected in order to keep within the schedule of the congress program. The chairman will be obliged to interrupt the speaker if he fails to respect the time limit. A red light will indicate the last minute of the presentation time.

Projections

Projection of slides 5 x 5 cm (single or double) is possible. You are requested to submit your slides to the slide collection desk at least 30 minutes before the beginning of your session. Take the chance and check the slides yourself.

Posters

Total size 0.9 wide and 1.5 m high, leave a 20 cm field on the upper end for title, authors and institute. The right upper corner should be left blank for the number of the poster (will be provided). Posters according to the number of their poster session have to be mounted on Sunday and should be displayed until Tuesday. Authors have to be in front of the posters during lunch hours on the day of their session for guided poster discussions. Room "Metternich", "Alexander", "Talleyrand", "Fürst De-Ligne"
